Shipping & Returns – Tifa Marabou

At Tifa Marabou, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and promptly. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Shipping times vary depending on your location, but most domestic orders are delivered within 5-10 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped so you can monitor the delivery.

We currently offer standard shipping, and in some cases, express shipping options at checkout. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Tifa Marabou is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team for instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item(s). Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your original payment method.
